At EMORIA STUDIOS, all products are made to order through independent production and fulfillment partners.
Because products are manufactured specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal scent preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your claim must include:

Clear photographs of the product

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations will not be issued solely because:

Packages may continue moving through carrier networks even when tracking information is not updated.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided by third-party carriers.
Tracking may occasionally contain:

Temporary periods without updates
These situations do not automatically qualify an order for refund or replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returned shipments caused by customer error
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

Carrier placement decisions
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes after confirmed delivery.
Product Variations
Minor variations in:

Packaging

Vessel appearance

Wax appearance

Label placement
are normal manufacturing characteristics and shall not be considered defects.
Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
However, exemptions may apply to made-to-order, personalized, or custom products where permitted by law.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to 10 business days or longer after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact EMORIA STUDIOS before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the submission of order records, communications, tracking information, and delivery confirmation data to payment processors and financial institutions.
