We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:

  • Product colors may vary between devices and displays.

  • Product images, mockups, renderings, videos, and advertisements are illustrative.

  • Product appearance may vary from displayed images.

  • Fragrance perception varies significantly between individuals.

Minor variations including but not limited to:

  • Color

  • Print placement

  • Engraving placement

  • Packaging

  • Vessel appearance

  • Wax appearance

  • Label placement

  • Fragrance intensity

  • Manufacturing characteristics

shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or limit products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and order confirmation has been issued.

Because products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.

  • Orders cannot be modified.

  • Orders cannot be refunded except where required by law.

EMORIA STUDIOS reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders

  • Reject orders

  • Restrict purchases

at its sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – PRICING

Prices may change without notice.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Taxes are not included.

  • Customs charges are not included.

  • Import duties are not included.

  • Shipping charges are not included.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, and governmental fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party fulfillment providers and shipping carriers.

Production times, shipping estimates, transit times, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information may occasionally contain:

  • Delays

  • Missing scans

  • Incorrect scans

  • Duplicate scans

  • Temporary periods without updates

A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate that a shipment is lost.

Packages may continue moving through carrier networks even when tracking information has not updated.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

EMORIA STUDIOS shall not be responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by customers.

Once tracking indicates successful delivery to the address supplied by the customer, EMORIA STUDIOS shall not be responsible for theft, loss, damage, or misplacement occurring after delivery.

EMORIA STUDIOS shall not be liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Weather events

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Labor shortages

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Government actions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Force majeure events

  • Events outside our reasonable control

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT SAFETY

Candles must be used responsibly and according to all provided safety instructions.

Customers assume all responsibility for safe candle use.

Never leave candles unattended.

Never burn candles near flammable materials.

Never burn candles outside intended use.

Fragrance experiences are subjective and vary by individual.

Any references to:

  • Mood

  • Atmosphere

  • Emotion

  • Relaxation

  • Comfort

  • Memory

  • Nostalgia

  • Well-being

are descriptive only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, health, or wellness claims.

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their personal sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions.

EMORIA STUDIOS shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from misuse, improper storage, neglect, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe use.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this website, including:

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Designs

  • Graphics
