Artifacts ship from the studio worldwide, packed by hand within 2–3 working days. Domestic transit arrives in 3–5 working days. International, 7–14, depending on the distance of your house from ours.

Tracking is dispatched the moment your artifact leaves the studio.

Unopened artifacts may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Write first to studio@emoriastudios.com.

If your artifact arrives broken, send a photograph and we will replace it without ceremony.

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax to pool to the edge on the first lighting. Never burn for longer than four hours at a time. Keep away from drafts, children, and anything you love too much.
