EMORIA STUDIOS works with trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship products directly to customers.
All products are made to order and may require production time before shipment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined below.
Processing Times
Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase.
Estimated production times vary depending on product availability, order volume, seasonality, holidays, and fulfillment partner capacity.
While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, all production and processing timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated shipping times displayed during checkout are provided as general estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a lost package.
Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, replacement, or chargeback.
If a package remains in transit beyond normal carrier timeframes, EMORIA STUDIOS may, at its sole discretion, investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
Carrier investigations may require additional time before a determination can be made.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
EMORIA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by:

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related disputes after confirmed delivery.
Lost Packages
A package will not be considered lost solely because tracking has stopped updating.
Lost package determinations are subject to carrier investigation procedures and carrier confirmation.
EMORIA STUDIOS reserves the right to wait for carrier investigation results before issuing any replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
EMORIA STUDIOS has no control over customs procedures or import fees imposed by local authorities.
